When I tried the Aquanaut on, it sat very well. Well done indeed. At certain angles, the dial will give you different effects. It may be matte black. This may be a silver effect. very good. I also have the Ref. The 5065 was the predecessor of this one, but the size of this one is pretty perfect. The rubber strap is a big reason why I like it. You can wear it every day. go to beach. The clasp is another great thing. I like watches with buckles, they feel more secure. When I picked it up, I had a choice between this watch or the 5164 Dual Time. But the case is a bit thick for me. I decided to choose this one. They also provided me with reference number 5980. I refused. It's the one who escaped! Moving on to the size, I found it too thick. But if I do get it, it will be purely for collection. The price points are very high right now.

Is this the perfect Patek Philippe?
Patek Philippe is not known for its high-tech carbon composite case materials, skeletonized dials, or any enthusiastic contemporary style. They were known as priests of the temple of classicism, thoughtful and purposeful in any direction they took, refusing to give in to fleeting market tastes. The clearest way to tell is that the design DNA (yes, I know you think that's an overused word, GaryG) of their watches has changed very little over the last century.
This lack of dramatic variation forces those interested in granularity to determine the significance of any particular Patek Philippe reference, especially within the Calatrava collection. A watch that looks perfect at first, and remains perfect no matter how closely you examine it, is the Ref. 2526. Referee. In my opinion, the 2526 is not so much a Best watches for men as it is a Platonic ideal watch that you could show to an alien to convey a perfect example of what a watch should be.
