So, why does the temperature beacon device keep showing in the same location when the car is already on?

If the vehicle is on, but the temperature beacon device keeps showing in the same location, it is likely that the locator is offline. When the locator is offline, the locator does not continue to collect vehicle position data, and the location of the vehicle displayed by the locator will be the last location of the vehicle collected by the device before the locator is offline. The location will only be updated when the locator is brought back online.

There's another reason the locator keeps showing the same location, and that's network latency. The environment signal of the locator is poor, and the network delay will cause the locator to be displayed in the same position all the time. Generally, as long as the locator drives away from the place where the signal is poor, the locator will be repositioned to the latest position of the vehicle.
