LeBron James and his family have a lot to celebrate as the Los Angeles Lakers take on the Indiana Pacers in the NBA's inaugural in-season finals with a win over the New Orleans Pelicans. However, their individual victories may be even greater than the team's success.

LeBron's son, Brownie James, will be making his college basketball debut this season for the USC Trojans. A few months ago, Brownie collapsed and was taken to the hospital while practicing with the team. It was later confirmed that he suffered a cardiac arrest due to a congenital heart condition.

After a period of treatment, Brownie was able to play for USC this season. During the post-game press conference of his latest victory, LeBron James was asked about his son's upcoming debut and this is what he had to say:

"Everything and more," LeBron said after a reporter asked what it meant to see Brownie on the court." I'm super looking forward to it. Super looking forward to that moment."

LeBron said, "First of all, I can't wait to see him run out there with his teammates, and then once he gets on the field and plays, whenever that is, you know it's going to be a big moment for our family. Obviously, it's a big moment for him as well. Once he decides he wants to talk, he can talk, but it's definitely a big milestone for our family."

LeBron James also led the Los Angeles Lakers to a big win in the in-season semifinals. The Lakers picked up a close but controversial win over the Phoenix Suns in the quarterfinals, and they carried that momentum into their matchup with the New Orleans Pelicans.

LeBron James, who scored 31 points, 11 assists and 8 rebounds in the quarterfinals, was looking to lead his team once again and he did just that as he contributed yet another spectacular performance.

The 38-year-old star followed up his last game with 30 points, eight assists and five rebounds to lead his team to a 133-89 victory. The second highest scorer for the Lakers was Austin Reeves with 17 points, while Anthony Davis had 16 points and 15 rebounds.

The Lakers will face the Indiana Pacers in the season finale this weekend.
